Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's page.
How long will a parcel be kept at the locker?
Parcels are typically stored in lockers for 7 calendar days before being returned.
Will cash on delivery be available?
We plan to accept only prepayment through secure online banking gateways.
How will I change the delivery address?
Address changes will only be possible before the parcel is handed to the courier. Details will be provided at launch.
